Privacy Policy

This site is a free library, not a data operation. It collects almost nothing, and this page is the complete account of what little it does — in plain English.

Effective June 16, 2026· tomcedoz.com

The short version

No accounts. No tracking cookies. No advertising. No analytics that identify you. No mailing lists. Nothing about you is sold, rented, or shared for marketing. The site doesn’t ask you for personal information, and there’s no form to fill out — just resources to read or print.

What the site collects

Server logs. Like virtually every website, the service that hosts these pages records standard technical information when your browser requests one — your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. It is used to operate and secure the site, not to identify you, and it is not combined with anything else about you.

No cookies or trackers. This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising networks, and uses no third-party analytics or tracking pixels. The checkboxes on the resource pages work entirely inside your browser; they are not saved or sent anywhere.

Fonts. The pages use local system fonts. The site does not request third-party font files.

If you email me

The contact page is a direct email link. If you write to me, your message and email address arrive in my Husch Blackwell inbox and are used only to read and respond. I won’t add you to any list.

What the site does not do

  • It does not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.
  • It runs no advertising and builds no advertising or behavioral profiles.
  • It has no newsletter, no account system, and no login.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out — to my firm bio, LinkedIn, GitHub, the MUEFS demo, and sources cited in the resources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn’t cover them.

Your choices

Because the site collects so little, there is very little to access or delete. Depending on where you live — for example, in the EU, the UK, or California — you may have rights regarding personal data. To ask what, if anything, is held about you, email tom.cedoz@huschblackwell.com. You can also block cookies and third-party requests in your browser at any time.

A note on scope

This policy covers this website only. Husch Blackwell LLP, where I practice, maintains its own separate privacy policy governing the firm’s systems — including the inbox that receives email sent to my firm address.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with an updated date, and material changes will be noted plainly.
